The military community presents a pool of diverse, highly skilled, and uniquely qualified professionals known for their leadership, dedication, adaptability, and discipline - traits that are in very high demand by employers everywhere. However, it can be challenging for former US army personnel to get their skills and experience recognised and to transition into a non-military career.
Recognising the value of the former military staff as a key talent pool, Kelly Services set up a dedicated programme to support veterans in all stages of transition to civilian careers. Through partnerships and collaborations with public and private partners alike, Kelly Services helps veterans to align their skills and experience to customer-defined requirements and provides them access to training and jobs. Thanks to this special program, former military staff has successfully transitioned to jobs in sectors as diverse as education, engineering, accounting, science, IT, manufacturing and logistics.
